1977-80 Club Edition

1977 saw the re-design of the boxes. These sets were initially produced with card interiors, but the later ones had the polystyrene trays which were also used in the 1981 range. The 1977-80 Club Edition was identical to the 1972 set, and included two OO scale teams, goals, balls, corner flags and pitch. Note that the layout inside the box was changed to "landscape" from the earlier "portrait" style boxes.
