1950's Super Set

The top of the range 1950's box set. This set came in a larger blue box, about the size of about five or six 1960's team boxes. It has a card tray so the figures can be properly displayed for the first time. The set comprised of 2 celluloid teams, balls and goals on the top tray. On the bottom tray ref and linesmen, line/corner flags, goal holding device, material to keep the ball in the net, early form of fencing and team numbers. This set also had the original pitch.
