Set 61177 - Substitutes/Reserves

A little pack of three ordinary players to act as substitutes or to replace lost/badly damaged players. Team refs one and two are the kits included in the basic set, of course, while ref. 21 is a completely white kit, which you could paint up to any team colour you needed. Some shops used to sell loose replacement players unofficially, and there was a demand for it. It doesn't appear in the catalogues beyond 1983, but remained on price lists until 1985, when it was available as a specially ordered item.
